We are the designated destination for anyone with complicated medical and eyewear devices; we pride ourselves on taking on challenging cases and strive to resolve the issues. Our fully digital laboratory on premises allows us to deliver each and every pair of glasses and contact lenses with zero tolerance.

Fabrication
Once we’ve identified your vision needs, we move into the fabrication phase. During this stage, we work towards the perfect solution for you. Adjusting your frames for a better fit or creating new lenses to match your updated prescription. Our in-house lab allows us to produce most single lenses within an hour, ensuring you receive your custom eyewear quickly and efficiently. This commitment to precision and speed ensures that you get the best possible vision correction tailored specifically for you.

Finishing Touch
Once your eyewear is ready, we’ll notify you to come in and try on your new glasses or prescription sunglasses. During your visit, we hand over the final product and ensure it meets your expectations. If you have any concerns, we address and correct them immediately. Our goal is to ensure you leave completely satisfied with your new eyewear. Check in with our Optician to ensure optimal eyewear performance. *No Refunds or Exchanges on any eyewear devices, Due to medical nature of the products.
